Buying from OneStopCCTV

Making a purchase is simple and could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept major credit, debit card payments. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed and processed using RBS Worldpay. They are not held in clear text on any web site and we do not store any payment details.

Products Guarantee

All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for 2 Years unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Delivery

We deliver to the following regions.

UK Mainland
Orders Over £350 are delivered FREE
Orders Under £350 are charged at £8.50 Ex VAT for Next Day delivery

Northern Ireland
Orders are charged at £23.95 Ex VAT for delivery

VAT

All prices shown include VAT at the standard VAT rate. For the purposes of completing your order the prices are broken down to show the price Ex VAT. Delivery and VAT is calculated at the checkout stage.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders must be received before 12.00 for next working day delivery. Occasionally this can take up to 2 working days dependent on your location. Excluding Northern and Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer.

Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 5 working days.

Cooling off-Period

OneStop customers are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. Goods must comply with the Returns Procedure and conditions to receive a refund.

Returns Procedure
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, your product becomes faulty after a few days or during the cooling off-period please follow the procedure outlined below :-

Please email: customerservice@onestopcctv.co.uk, you will then be issued with a form to complete. Once we have received the completed form we will then issue you with a RMA number. This enables you to return the goods to OneStopCCTV. Any goods returned without a RMA number will not be accepted.

You will receive a full refund once we have received and tested the goods, providing they are returned in their original packaging. Alternatively we will supply you with an exact replacement.

The following exclusions apply to the returns policy stated above:

  • Goods that are not in their original packaging and in good condition are excluded and will be rejected by our warehouse
  • Any goods with cut cables, or any modifications of any kind will be rejected by our warehouse and you will not be eligible for a refund
  • All warranties exclude product misuse, acts of God i.e. lightning strikes, bulbs, IR LED’s, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear

OneStopCCTV are not responsible for installation or networking any devices including configuration or a DVR. If buying a DVR please make sure you have a qualified IT person to network the DVR for you. We cannot be held responsible for failure to network and will not accept any DVR back due to this.
