The camera is a High resolution IR Dome with 2.8-11mm wide angle/vari-focal lens.This is a very useful camera and has a very wide angel of view as its starting point. As you will see from the image it covers a fairly large area and is very good at giving an overall view. It would be possible to change the view to focus more on the gate simple by adjusting the camera. The camera is an IR dome and is visually low key. This image uses the camera with the lens set at 2.5mm.

It is important to note that no other light/illumination is used in these areas, other than the Infra-Red light from them camera, and these areas are in total darkness at night. Infra-Red light is invisible to the human eye.
